Has Now Closed Permanently.
Due to personal health concerns, Winema Real Estate has shut down after over thirty years of providing service in the Chiloquin/Sprague River/Beatty/Bly Mountain Communities.
William Kalita, the former Owner of Winema Real Estate wishes to
express his thanks for the many prayers and expressions of support for his recovery from past clients as well as friends and neighbors.
Bill will be undergoing the first of several needed surgeries very soon
and appreciates the many who have called and emailed with good wishes for his health.

Office Supplies, Equipment and other Items will be offered for sale, with the proceeds going for Bill's first surgery.

The Office Property at 38097 Hwy 97 N will be listed for sale very soon.

If you have property that is still listed with Winema Real Estate, please email Bill Kalita at billkal@aol.com so he can email you or mail you a "Change Form" with the intention of allowing you to terminate your listing agreement with our office prior to its expiration date.
